The bits (EC003-CICP) are working great, only problem is I have 80 of the bits I was using left to use up, and we are only using 4-5 a-week. That puts me into March-April for reorder, but I guess that is not too far off. E-mail updated pricing in late February and I will be ready when reorder time comes up.

I just got back from vacation and the end mills seem to be getting good reviews from the production floor. Could you please quote the following list of end mills for us? We would be looking at 6 of each to start, although we already have some 3/8" and ½". These would all be the true flat end mills.

*We may try a couple other things but right now your chip breaker cutters are working the best out of what we've tried so we may stick with that. I appreciate your quick responses and time you've got into it.

quote up to 36 pcs. and if you still have another one piece with a difference coating

...how much that would be and I will see if we can sell it and get an order for

*You guys have done a super job getting things turned around quickly and your price is reasonable so I've got no problems coming back for other business.

*Both the routers and the cutters have worked out very well. I am going to be taking a look at additional cutters coming up here and I am thinking about trying some of the carbide ones. I will let you know.

The Tool arrived Tuesday pm. We set up for a test and were impressed by the performance on the first cut.

The first impression was the quietness of the tool. Secondly the dust went into the lower collector and not

everywhere else. Third and most important to me was the hope of much more tool life and less load on the

motor. We probably cut more than 150 slots yesterday and the tool did not show signs of wear where the

HSS tool we tried (by another manufacturer) dulled and loaded the motor down after 100 slots.

We have been using the compression bit I got from you for 3 days. Operator really likes it. Enough said.

Could you fax or email me a credit ap, as it looks like we'll be doing business with you.

	Below are only a few of the customer comments regarding our router bits: Todd, We are very happy with the high speed spindle motor and the router bits we purchased from you. And both are performing extremely well. They've been working quite nicely. I think we are okay on bits for now HSS is all we've ever purchased...and that price looks great ! We cut 5/8" MDF,plus 3/4", 7/8" and a little bit of 1" poplar plywood.
