Spindle Repair and Spindle Motor Repair

In addition to manufacturing new spindle motors to original Ekstrom-Carlson  design requirements, we upgrade and repair all makes and models of spindle heads and motors.  These include spindles for routers, shapers, moulders, etc...  These include Perske® spindles, HSD spindles, Colombo spindles, Omlat spindles, Gamfior spindles, Fimec spindles, and other brands.   In the metalworking industry, these include grinder spindle repairs, mill spindle repairs, lathe spindle repairs, and machining centers such as Okuma spindles, Mazak spindles, Haas spindles, Cincinnati spindles, Heald spindles, Fadal spindles, Fanuc spindles, Bostomatic spindles, Precise Spindles, and others.

Live Tooling, Aggregate Head and Multi-Spindle Milling Machine Head Repair

Is your multi-spindle boring head or aggregate head under-performing?  We can repair it for you in a timely and low cost fashion to get you back up and running.  We will save you money on point to point and CNC router station repairs.

Dynamic and Static Balancing Services, Manufacturing and OD and ID Grinding

In addition to balancing rotors, pulleys, shafts, and tooling for the spindle motors we manufacture and repair, we offer balancing services for all types of rotating equipment to 250 pounds.  Contact us for your balancing requirements.   We manufacture the majority of parts for the spindle repairs we complete, including turning and OD and ID grinding of the shafts and tapers.

Gearbox and B and C Axis Repair

Gearbox and axis repairs include individual items on your equipment, such as the B Axis Yoke or C Axis Yoke used to rotate the spindle motor for 4th and 5th axis machines. Re-designs include upgrades to
